Irish dinners are originally rural dinners:
what most people consider to be today’s traditional Irish cuisine originated in the kitchens of the farmers of the past, not from the nobles or gentry. It is good, wholesome food made from locally grown products.
Potatoes still feature prominently in today’s diet and old time recipes like Irish stews remain firm favourites. And for a country surrounded by water it's also fish and seafood, of course. And let's not forget the famous Irish Guinness beer!
We tried to combine all the above into a delicious Irish dinner. Enjoy!
