Fire Pork (Dweji Bulgogi) or Fire Beef (Bulgogi)
Bulgogi is one of Korea's most popular meat dishes. Tonight we serve you the pork version (photo) - but if you prefer halal food we can change it to the standard bulgogi, made of imported beef.
In both cases a marinade with a mixture of soy sauce, chili peppers and honey enhance the flavor and the tenderness of the meat. Tell us before if you want the fire flaming, moderate or low.
We serve this dish with kimchi (Korean cabbage) and chon (battered vegetables)
