PLEASURE FROM PAKISTAN
Pakistan and neighbouring India share a big portion of history - and many dishes as well. The imaginative, and sometimes extreme use of spices, herbs and seasonings is characteristic for their cuisines. Both countries favour lamb, mutton and chicken as meats, because pork is forbidden for muslims and beef for hindus. But don't think that Pakistans kitchen is just a copy of the Indian one. The size of both countries alone already creates enough distinct regional variations.
