Kebapcheta (Lamb Rolls)

The main dish consists of grilled rolls of minced lamb with pepper and cumin (as usual only imported lamb), accompanied by two typical Bulgarian sauces: Snezhanka (yoghurt and dill) and Luttenitza (tomato, garlic, onion). It is served with a tasty salad from the Bulgarian countryside, including olives and white beans.
